13.1 Return Window
Returns must be requested
within 14 days of delivery.
13.2 Return Conditions
Products must be
unused, undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging.
Items
exposed to water, showing signs of use, or custom/personalized are
not eligible.
13.3 Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply,
except for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
13.4 Customs &
Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and
import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the
customer.
13.5 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before
processing/shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible;
standard return conditions apply.
13.6 Refunds
Refunds are issued to
the original payment method within 10–14 business days of receiving
the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective
or incorrect items.
Restocking fee is deducted from the refund, if
applicable.
13.7 EU & US Compliance
EU Customers: Complies with EU
Consumer Rights Directive (14-day withdrawal). Restocking/diminished
value deductions are clearly stated.
US Customers: Consistent with
